I help you achieve your long-term and/or short-term goals through organization, visualization, breathwork, somatic body work, prompted writing and various other tools.
Expansion invites change, and although many of us seek to grow and expand, we are easily riddled with fear of the unknown. Let's name the fear and move on. As your expansion coach, I invite you to name the fear and then, as if it were an unwanted dinner guest, I encourage you to ask it to step aside. YOU get to determine who you are and how you want to live in the world. As your coach, I invite you to step into your power, your voice and your expansive heart.

ABOUT ME
In July 2026, I left a 20+ year career in the field of Education. It was a shock to everyone—my colleagues, my students, my family, my friends. From the outside I had what many people didn’t—job security, tenure, a steady paycheck, reliable healthcare, a career of service and change-making, and I wasn’t done! I was on a steady climb towards higher leadership positions because the people around me saw that I was invested in making the community stronger and had the skill set to keep us growing. Why then, would I leave such a fulfilling and promising career, especially after investing in multiple graduate degrees?
The truth is that my ego was far more invested in my identity as an Educator than I cared to admit until after I set myself free. In actuality, I have always had the heart and the mind of an Artist, most especially with the written word, but was too afraid to BE a writer because (insert 40 years of limiting beliefs here). For many years I had juggled my creative writing life with my identity as an academic. I would carve out an hour in between administrative meetings (shakes fist at TEAMS and OUTLOOK) to close my office door and submit a poem I crafted with one eye open after my children had finally fallen asleep. Much like the way I felt when I got sober in 2006, I was exhausted from what felt like living a double life. I showed up to a career that asked me to solve problems and help others all day, and when I left I felt spiritually, mentally and emotionally depleted. That isn’t sustainable for anyone, let alone a mother to 2 young children. And so, I decided to take the leap, leave the job/ career, and follow my dreams of being a Writer, while continuing to show up as an educator in a path of my choosing.
Growth is uncomfortable. The desire to expand and step into the project, career, relationship and/or overall life of your dreams is the first step in making your dream a reality. I continue to walk (sometimes crawl, sometimes run) through the discomfort and I'm here to tell you--I will take discomfort over stagnation, ego and self-limiting stories that no longer serve me any day.
I am an educator. A mother. A writer. I am your expansion coach.

I will help you gain clarity around what goal(s) you want to meet, creating actionable steps, helping with organization, holding you accountable, cheering you on.
I strive for honest client growth, so contracts are only paid in installments until the work is to your complete satisfaction. Whether you have a long-term goal (writing a book, running a marathon, changing careers) or a short-term goal (getting back in the dating game, organizing your finances, gaining clarity on your current life), I will help you create manageable, actionable steps to meet each and every goal.
