Complimentary Session:
(30 minutes):
This complimentary session is typically conducted over the phone. Consider it a conversation, where I get to know where you are feeling stuck and what you need in order to get back on track. After our conversation, I will email you notes from the session. If it feels like a good fit, we will set up your first Discovery Session within 72 hours of your complimentary session.
Discovery Session:
(90 minutes):
This is the beginning of a thrilling and rewarding new chapter in your life! Utilizing tools such as guided meditation, somatic body work, breath work and various individuated self-assessments, you will safely and courageously dive into The Work. This is an opportunity for you to honestly look at where in your life you want to gift yourself some extra attention. Perhaps you have been thinking about running a marathon, but you haven’t made the time in your busy life to start training. Or, perhaps you have been thinking about changing careers, but you are debilitated by some limiting beliefs about your self-worth. In our Discovery Session, you will uncover areas of your life that you feel good about, as well as areas in your life that you want to work on. Much like a choose your own adventure book, you get to decide the outcome of your Discovery Session. My job as your coach is to support you as you unpack areas of your life that you want to work on, and cheer you on as you commit to long-term and short-term goals that fulfill you, your dreams, your heart.
3 month commitment:
This offer is most frequently used for short-term goal setting. If you are looking to make a career or life change and need help setting up next-steps to feel secure about the expansive changes you are about to make, this offer is for you. If you are interested in taking on a new project and need some help organizing your thoughts, prioritizing what steps need to happen in order to see the project through and/or you are looking for general help in actualizing the project into fruition, you will also benefit from this 3 month offer.
6 month commitment:
For longer, more extensive planning and goal setting. Complete career change! Big life decisions! Family planning! Writing projects! Health/ Fitness goals! Financial planning! Many people sign up with a 3 month commitment and realize halfway through that they have multiple goals they would like to meet. I encourage clients to consider the 6 month commitment or yearly coaching contract if you are someone who has many ideas and is inspired and motivated by making and meeting goals. Because you will be making and meeting multiple goals with me!
Yearly Coaching Contract:
Highly recommended for the person who has a lot of ideas but not enough time! If you are someone who desires an accountability partner about daily/weekly/ monthly goals and general organization of your busy life, this option is for you! This is also the most frequently chosen contract for people who are working on specific deadlines (book deals, closing of contracts, beginning new contracts, shifting careers, moving, making big life changes).
